Governance
$QUIV is the fixed-supply governance token. Locking it into veQUIV gives voting power over the parameters that matter.

The $QUIV token
$QUIV is a fixed-supply governance token (100,000,000). It confers no claim on protocol assets or revenue except as governance may in future determine.
veQUIV
Voting power comes from locking $QUIV into veQUIV (vote-escrow) — the longer you lock, the more weight you hold.
What governance controls
- Collateral onboarding and offboarding
- Risk parameters — LTVs, liquidation thresholds, debt caps
- The stability fee schedule
- Surplus Buffer allocation
- The oracle set
◆
veQUIV governance and market redemption describe intended designs that are not yet live and are subject to change.
